Our product design team looks at ideas from as many angles as possible. Everything from the most basic ideas to what’s known as "blue sky" concepts have merit in the early stages. This way there is a wide variety of ideas covered and down-selection can happen as the project progresses.

Initial concepts are categorized, pursuing only the most promising. These designs are then visualized to ensure their feasibility.

The concept starts to evolve into a physical product once the computer aided design phase begins. This allows us to produce photo realistic renderings and make decisions about a products design and functionality.

Using state of the art CAD tools, finite element analysis, and design for manufacturability, our industrial engineering firm is able to mitigate risk, ensuring good design that can be effectively mass produced.

With various machines and tools at our disposal we are able to create accurate and functional prototypes of the design. These prototypes can illuminate necessary design and engineering modifications necessary before moving to full production.
