At LINK PBC, we design impactful products

We believe the world needs less consumption and more purposeful design. Through good products and responsible product development, we can strengthen our communities, honor people and planet, and improve accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment for all.

Our Story

We are a group of curious and optimistic engineers and designers. Over three decades of product development experience, we’ve served a variety of industries and clients, creating products that range from motorcycles and surgical retractors to stadium lighting and children’s toys. We’ve written white papers and won awards and led classrooms filled with the next generation of engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs.

In 2024, we were inspired to re-evaluate our business and our areas of impact. We reviewed our portfolio and realized that we had a tremendous opportunity to recommit and refocus our experience and expertise on products that create positive individual, social, and environmental impact.

Through reincorporation as a Colorado Public Benefit Corporation (actively pursuing B Corp Certification), we are explicitly committing our focus to products and partnerships that add intentional and meaningful value to the world. We’ve given ourselves permission to be picky about what we work on and who we work with, and we strive to have our business and revenue goals in alignment with our values, our passions, and our expertise.

Simply put, we do not make products for products' sake – we are not interested in designing novelties or gadgets. The projects we pursue must serve a meaningful purpose, must have a direct and tangible benefit to the lives of their users, and must include consideration of the wholistic product lifecycle and impact. And the clients we choose must share our value set, both in the products they develop, and in their internal business practices.
