Public Benefit Statement

LINK PBC is incorporated in Colorado, USA as a Public Benefit Corporation.  As its specific purpose, LINK PBC shall promote the following public benefits: 

One: Strengthen our communities

• We are thought-leaders in our community, increasing awareness of and engagement with sustainable design and responsible consumption, advocating for product solutions for underserved populations, and educating the next generation of designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs.  

• Within our industry community, we are committed to building and fostering a network of suppliers and partners that are utilizing sustainable manufacturing and socially responsible business practices.

Two: Honor people and planet

• Through our internal business practices, we are committed to combating unnecessary consumption, minimizing waste and pollution, utilizing sustainable materials and processes, prioritizing fair wages, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and fostering a company culture of trust, transparency, and respect. 

• We advise our clients through wholistic product development to ensure full product impact is considered – including market justification, material selection, environmental footprint, human rights, employment equity, and product end-of-life.

Three: Improve accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment for all

• We design impactful, sustainable, and engaging products focused on improving accessibility and mobility, providing opportunity for learning and educational play, encouraging well-being and responsible stewardship of our shared planet, and providing underserved and high-risk communities with more agency, freedom, and opportunity.
